Tammy “Sunny” Sytch has plead guilty to a number of the DUI-related charges against her in the State of Pennsylvania as part of a plea deal and will be sentenced on January 29 at 9 AM at Carbon County Court.

Sytch plead guilty to charges of driving under the influence in regard to her May 30 arrest in Mahoning Township after she was pulled over after driving erratically into a Wal-Mart parking lot.

Sytch also plead guilty to charges of DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), BAC .02 or Greater Second Offense in regard to her arrests on June 1 and June 20.

On June 1, State Troopers pulled Sytch over for a vehicle code violation at 9:35 AM. Sytch was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to the state police barracks for a breathalyzer test. On June 20 Sytch was arrested after she crashed her car.

Jimmy Snuka is slated to return to court in Lehigh Valley, PA on Friday January 15 for a pre-trial hearing in regard to Snuka’s defense requesting that the prosecution be compelled to reveal their discovery (evidence) to the defense or risk being sanctioned by the court.

Snuka’s attorney Robert J. Kirwan filed the motion on November 16, 2015, the same time the court ruled that anyone who was involved in the case be withheld from speaking about It publicly.

Snuka was arraigned in October 2015 on charges of involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder charges in the death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino in Allentown, PA in 1983. He is slated to stand trial starting March 22.
