WWE.com posted the following info on the Revolution Pro qualifying matches for the Global Cruiserweight Series coming to the WWE network this July:

The race to earn a spot in this summer’s hottest tournament just got a little more exciting, as Revolution Pro Wrestling in the United Kingdom has announced the participants in its qualifying match for the WWE Global Cruiserweight Series. The bout is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 1, at The Cockpit in London.

Previously confirmed participant Noam Dar of Scotland enters the GCS in the qualifying round. The Israeli-Scottish competitor has made a name for himself as one of the most adaptable wrestlers in the world. Among the U.K.’s premier technical wrestlers, the 22-year-old Dar has shown he can hang with the world’s best in the squared circle, having taken on the likes of AJ Styles, former NXT Champion Finn Bálor, and Austin Aries.

Dar’s opponent in the qualifying match is Josh Bodom. Regarded as one of the hottest prospects in British wrestling, Bodom has made a name for himself against Superstars like Bálor and another GCS competitor, Tommaso Ciampa. He’ll certainly look to ruin Dar’s summer and put himself on the biggest stage possible by earning a spot in the Global Cruiserweight Series.

The all-important qualifying match takes place at Revolution Pro Wrestling’s Live at The Cockpit 8 event on Sunday, May 1, at 5:30 p.m. GMT at The Cockpit in London. Wrestling DVD Network posted the following on the upcoming Hardcore Title DVD:

The History of the Hardcore Championship: 24/7” has now officially been scheduled — the anticipated Home Video release is due to hit the UK and Europe first on September 5th, following just one day later to fans in the United States on September 6th.

This one will be jam-packed with more than 50 different matches and moments, with a total Blu-ray runtime not far off 9 hours! Between some of the content there’s also slated to be documentary-like video packages looking at milestones in the title’s tenure (think 24/7 and WrestleMania X-Seven) and of course its most Hardcore holders (think Steve Blackman and Crash Holly).

The Hardcore Championship was active between 1998 and 2002, thus the new DVD/Blu-ray set will feature matches from those five years. As for what matches WWE has actually chosen to be included, stay tuned because we hear the listing is right around the corner!
