The latest announced WWE release is none other than former Money in the Bank winner Damien Sandow. The Intellectual Savior of the Masses hasn’t been doing much television recently. Mainly appearing on WWE Superstars on the Main Event, Sandow lost steam when The Macho Man parody he was doing with Curtis Axel was stopped due to the Hulk Hogan controversy. This is actually the second time he has been released the company in 2007 he was a member of a tag team with KC James as Aaron “The Idol” Stevens alongside Michelle McCool on Smackdown. He would go to Puerto Rico, reinvent himself, and come back to WWE developmental a few years later. Hopefully, he will have no trouble reinventing himself again.

Sandow joins Alex Riley, Hornswoggle, Zeb Colter, Cameron, El Torito, Santino, and Wade Barrett as the current names that have been let go by WWE today.
